Paul Lacerte
Managing Partner | Raven Indigenous Capital Partners

Paul Lacerte is a member of the Nadleh Whut’en First Nation, BC and the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Raven Indigenous Capital Partners.

Paul has provided innovative leadership to Indigenous organizations throughout his career, and brings that experience to Raven in shaping their impact evaluation and reporting systems. Paul is also the Co-Founder of the Moose Hide Campaign, which focuses on ending violence against women and children. He is the former Vice-Chair of the Vancouver Foundation Board of Directors, the former Board Chair for Reconciliation Canada, and a former representative to the United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues. He was awarded the Order of BC in 2014.

Teresa Wells
Managing Director | Tiedemann Advisors

Teresa leads the firm’s Seattle office and has direct responsibility for managing client relationships. She works closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives; manage their investments, including impact investing; and integrate their investment strategy, philanthropy, and estate planning into a cohesive wealth management plan. She serves as a member of the firm’s Internal Investment Committee and is also on the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.

Teresa joined Tiedemann when the firm acquired Threshold Group, where she served as the Managing Director of Investment Strategy. In this role she partnered with the Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director of Impact Investing to contribute to the firm’s broad investment strategy. She was a member of both the Portfolio Management and Investment Committee and the Global Asset Allocation Committee. She also led the Wealth Management and Foundations services team in Seattle.

Before joining Threshold Group, Teresa served as the Investment Strategist at Laird Norton Wealth Management. Early in her career, she worked in client services for a small bank-owned trust company and for a venture capital fund of funds.

Teresa earned her master’s degree in international business from Seattle University and holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Metropolitan State College of Denver. A native of Washington State, Teresa lives in West Seattle with her husband and son.
